We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Construction Team Members. This role is specifically dedicated to the assembly and installation of pre-engineered metal buildings and their components, including structural steel, roofing panels, wall systems, insulation, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Install pre-engineered metal building systems, including walls, roofs, and structural steel components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
- Work with a team to assemble and install metal building components safely and efficiently.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as needed.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or related experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow blueprints and technical documentation.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights (up to 50 feet or more).
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites as required.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
