Are you a serious talent who doesn’t take yourself too seriously? Are you a designer or art director who’s not afraid of hard work, wearing multiple hats, or rocking some Karaoke? You might be a great fit. Our ideal candidate will have a variety of tools in their toolbox—from print to digital, utilitarian to editorial, and the ability to discuss everything from the art of a good swear word to the art of the Belle Époque.
You must:
• Have at least 1–3 years in an agency or in-house creative department environment.
• Have real-world experience in brand strategy, logo and identity development, corporate communications, advertising, digital marketing deliverables, direct mail, etc.
• Be fluent—and we mean really freakishly good—in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is a nice-to-have. Any front-end dev (HTML/CSS), WordPress, or After Effects knowledge would be total frosting on the cake (like, buttercream).
• Have an eye for the big picture as well as the small stuff.
• Work and play well with others (duh).
• Be excited to be part of a small and nimble team.
