Responsibilities And Impact

As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the full sales cycle, encompassing the analysis of data and market trends, lead prospecting, account management, and client engagement. You will collaborate closely with an experienced sales team, product specialists, and cross-functional departments to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term client relationships. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the sales strategy, enhancing team performance, and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Data Analysis & Sales Strategy Support: Analyse sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide insights that drive the sales strategy and support revenue generation.
  • Lead Prospecting & Business Development: Proactively prospect and generate leads, building a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and ensure alignment in executing sales initiatives.
  • Sales Campaigns & Client Events: Assist with planning, executing, and managing sales campaigns and client events to align with broader sales goals.
  • Project Assistance: Support various projects as assigned, contributing to the business’s overall success.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

OSTTRA states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

  • Time Management & Organisational Skills: Prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
