OSW Equipment & Repair, LLC, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, is the largest truck body and trailer manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest. OSW’s main facility is located in the Maltby area in Snohomish County. OSW and has been in business for over 20 years and has branches in Edmonton, Canada and Tempe, Arizona.
As a Business Process Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the various systems within our organization work seamlessly together. You will plan, coordinate, and manage the technical integration of different software and hardware components, while leading teams to successfully implement and maintain these integrated systems across various business functions. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee system interfaces and integration
- Process design and sustainability solutions; implement and maintain labor platforms, change management processes, and system changes
- Participate in site-level strategic planning and facilitate action on these plans
- Provide technical expertise for system design and updates, and support process compliance
- Project Management; Plan resources, prepare project designs and timelines, and manage competing priorities
- Select, develop, and motivate assigned staff for projects
- Manage the development and maintenance of various applications and tools
- Change Management; collaborate with stakeholders to manage change associated with system integration, providing training and support to end users
- Vendor Management; work with external vendors and technology providers to ensure smooth integration of third-party applications
- Address technical issues that arise during integration and provide ongoing support to maintain system stability
- Data Migration; plan and execute data migration strategies to transfer data from legacy system to the new integrated environment
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Solid experience in system integration, data management, and technical delivery of analytics solutions
- Project Management; strong project management skills and experience managing complex programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of the logistics / supply chain business and processes preferred
- Experience with change management practices
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering , Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience required
- PMP, CISSP, CISM Certification preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach inventory for counting purposes.
- Must be able to visually inspect inventory.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
Additional Job Information:
- Wage Expectations: $90,000 – 125,000 per year
- Pay: This is an exempt salaried position and employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis
- Typical Schedule: Five (5) Eight (8) hour days M-F
- Location: On Site – 20812 Broadway Ave; Snohomish, WA 98296
- Travel: Very minimal to none
