Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other important documents as needed.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Provide general clerical support to the team, including data entry and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software to enhance productivity and communication within the team.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office environment or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in calendar management or event planning is a plus.

Pay: $18.55 - $22.65 per hour
