We are looking for a full-time Promotional Products Administrative Assistant to join our team of professionals dedicated to growth and excellence. The focus of the PPAA is to assist with promotional products research and ordering, manage various projects, calendars, to-do’s, research, spreadsheets and assist with tasks to make the sales reps lives easier.
Responsibilities:
- Promotional products research to help find the perfect product for the client
- Process customers’ orders and follow up
- Place orders with vendors and manage vendor relationships
- Manage numerous special projects
- Work with designers to create amazing designs for our clients
- Create reports and recommendations on research projects
- Help other teams with whatever activities come up to support each other.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent at Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Able to Multitask, and work on tight deadlines
- Ability to conduct thorough, credible research and organize findings
