- Early Childhood Student Attendance: 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
- Early Childhood Staff Attendance: 3.5 hours (8:45 A.M.-12:15 P.M.)
- Elementary Student Attendance: 8:00 A.M. - 12:45 P.M.
- Elementary Staff Attendance: 5.25 hours (7:45 A.M.-1:00 P.M.)
- Secondary Student Attendance: 8:00 A.M. - 12:45 P.M.
- Secondary Staff Attendance: 5.25 hours (7:45 A.M.-1:00 P.M.)
- Pathways Student Attendance: 9:00 A.M. - 1:45 P.M.
- Pathways Staff Attendance: 5.25 hours (8:45 A.M.-2:00 P.M.)
- Certification Registered Behavior Technician required.
- Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school setting strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of continuous and discontinuous measurement procedures.
- Skill in communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage time effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with administrators, team members, other district staff, and students required.
- Ability to transport one's self to various sites across the district as directed.
- Ability to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Ability to obtain a certificate of good health and freedom from communicable disease as required under the Illinois School Code.
- Prepares for, implements, and enters the results of measurement procedures.
- Conducts preference assessments, and assists with individualized and functional assessment procedures.
- Interprets, conducts the necessary preparations for, and implements skill acquisition plans as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Interprets behavior reduction plans, implements interventions for behavior reduction, and executes crisis/emergency procedures in accordance with District protocol.
- Maintains open and effective lines of communication with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, educators, and building/district administration.
- Generates objective notes and documentation for service verification in accordance with District protocol.
- Complies with Federal and State Laws and Regulations, and Board of Education policies regarding the confidentiality of internal information and student records.
- Maintains professional boundaries, and actively avoids conflicts of interest.
- Maintains Registered Behavior Technician certification, and complies with recertification requirements.
- Ensures that communication with stakeholders occurs in the time, place, and manner directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and building/district administration.
- Responds appropriately to feedback and strives toward continual improvement of professional practice.
- Respects the inherent dignity and worth of all students, staff, and families.
- Maintains certification in Nonviolent Crisis Prevention Intervention.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for providing classroom-based behavioral supports to students.
