JOB SUMMARY : Assesses, develops and implements quality assurance and compliance programs that ensure the implementation and continued delivery of effective client programs and services. Carries out duties in accordance with policies, regulations and program performance standards.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provides direct supervision of assigned staff including Transitional Housing Advocate(s) and staff responsible for program services and data / statistics; develops QA team.
- Oversees documentation of services across the SAF Program for 600 consumers, including survivors at the SAF House; ensures QA / QI of residential & non-residential casework activities.
- Assists in developing SAF policies and procedures; coordinates follow-up and maintains tracking system for Accident / Incident Reports.
- Assesses and develops training / QA / compliance needs and curriculum for staff of all levels to ensure delivery of quality services.
- Ensures accurate entry of data by staff on a timely basis for program evaluation and reports including OCO Captain data entry for residential and non-residential SAF services.
- Develops and maintains training modules; assists with coordination, scheduling, planning, and training of program staff. Works collaboratively with the SAF Leadership Team to ensure all staff complete Crisis Hotline training and certification requirements. Maintains training compliance records for staff.
- Oversees implementation of the OVW Transitional Housing Grant by supervising Transitional Housing Sr. Advocate and managing project deliverables including collaborations with landlords and DSS; ensures compliance with regulations and assists the SAF Coordinator with overseeing rental assistance payments.
- Completes and submits assessments for consumers to be connected to housing services through the Continuum of Care.
- Collaborates with SAF team for recruitment, training, supervision, and scheduling Volunteers.
- Handles confidential matters concerning operations, policies and practices; maintains strict confidentiality.
- Handles a variety of matters involving contact with various staff, agencies, and the public including composing correspondence and disseminating to appropriate individuals.
- Assists SAF Coordinator with monitoring all phases of grant programs, including restricted contributions; from award through close out, including grant and contract administration, reporting, and compliance with approved budgets, contract terms, and legal or regulatory requirements.
- Assists SAF Coordinator and management team with ensuring all programmatic deliverables within contracts and grants are identified for tracking in collaboration with Program teams. Alerts program staff to any required reports to public funders and assists with development and submission.
- Assists OVS staff and managers with the completion of OVS functional time sheets, assists management team with maintaining documentation for various grants and assists in gathering documents for annual contract renewals, audits, and program monitoring visits.
- Monitors the SAF email inbox for communication from consumers and community partners; sends voluntary participation forms and releases of information electronically to consumers for signature.
- Provides program support and coverage at sites throughout the county, including the SAF House.
- Provides managerial on-call support for advocates responding to sexual assault calls and staff answering the Crisis Hotline.
