What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at OT Training Solutions?

Summary:
Manages key projects with the program. Supervises the work required which requires initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all components of the contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as point of contact with the Government and have the authority to act or make decision on behalf of the Contractor.
- Oversees all aspects of the project to include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of workload.
- Prepares reports regarding status of work and briefs appropriate personnel.
- Works directly with COR to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
- Coordinates with other sections to ensure all aspects of each task are completed in accordance with the scope of work.
- Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Performs risk management to minimize scope of work risks.
- Meets with government staff to clarify specific requirements of each task.
- Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meets budgetary objectives and makes adjustments to project constraints based upon financial analysis.
- Uses and continually develops leadership skills.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline
- Five (5) years of experience in management of projects
- U. S. Citizen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to obtain security clearance
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships, professional demeanor, and attitude
- Ability to work cooperatively with military and civilian workforce
