Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Site Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance professionals working on MTA Light Rail facilities in the Baltimore region. This is a leadership role for an experienced professional who understands safe operations, team coordination, and quality maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily work of carpentry and maintenance crews
- Ensure repairs are completed on schedule and to standard
- Manage safety inspections, site checklists, and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate signage installations, building upkeep, and material storage
- Monitor work quality, resolve on-site issues, and enforce safety protocols
- Maintain clear documentation and communication with project managers
Required Certifications and Training:
- OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
- Forklift Operator Certification (Required)
- Must complete Railroad Worker Protection (RWP) training
- Must complete On Site Coordinator (OSC) training
- Must additionally complete Advanced OSC Safety Certification training
