What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at OTB Bicycle Cafe?
OTB at the North Park Boathouse in Allison Park, PA is looking for experienced prep cooks and line cooks to join our strong team. We are located right in the heart of the park on North Park Lake in the historic stone Boathouse at 10301 Pearce Mill Road.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Full and Part time positions available, weekend availability is a must.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies;
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation;
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff;
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food;
- Stock inventory;
- Dish Washing.
Qualifications:
- Cooking experience or back-of -house experience preferred;
- Ablility to meet all scheduling commitments;
- Ablity to anticipate needs of others and proactively work to meet those needs;
- Strong attention to detail.
