The Coordinator, IT Retail and Infrastructure Support & Delivery will sit onsite in the New York, NY office and provide support for our portfolio companies and retail organization. This position will report to our Specialists, Retail Systems and Infrastructure, and their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Responsibilities - for both Retail and Office environments
- Support of Store and Office workstations and software packages, resolving any issues occurring to the end user.
- Testing and troubleshooting Retail and Office workstations, laptops, network, and other hardware devices.
- Providing guidance to 500 end-users and ensuring the complete resolution of incidents.
- Working with the IT team towards the completion of new Retail projects and the implementation of new systems.
- The ability to work alone or with other team members to complete both day-to-day work and occasional project work.
- Identifying and creating best practice helpdesk, retail POS, and technology support methodologies with great attention to cost-saving
- Prepare and issue / send the necessary hardware for new hire on-boarding.
- Receive and assess the return of the hardware from leavers.
- Provide basic support for local office hardware (printers, conferencing / AV equipment).
- Manage IT hardware stock making sure that there is enough equipment on hand.
- Support POS and back-office devices.
- Required to have a flexible schedule, available to work nights and weekend on a rotational schedule.
- Manage the Workplace lifecycle, including laptop, phone, and equipment installations.
- Onboard new office employees providing training with maximum attention to detail.
- Actively handle a queue of support tickets
- Vendor coordination : liaise with IT vendors and suppliers to discuss invoicing, and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery timelines.
- Enforce Corporate IT security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train staff on the use of IT systems and software, ensuring they are proficient in using technology to enhance customer service.

Salary Range : $70k - $73k
