Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Utilize HR software such as when I work app and ADP to track candidate progress and maintain employee records.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct executive recruiting efforts for key positions within the organization.
- Negotiate employment offers while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Assist in the administration of benefits programs using platforms like ADP and DOCUSIGN.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in HR software such as iCIMS, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in executive recruiting and negotiating offers is a plus.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and relevant labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience working in the DODD field
- Homecare scheduling experience
