Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all items are accurately presented and garnished.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Help with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods by assisting with food preparation as needed.
- Uphold food safety standards throughout the service process.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant, banquet, or hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
