Compensation Details: Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $23.00/hr. to $40.00/hr., based on your experience and qualifications.

Your Role:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and related devices.
• Conduct failure analysis and provide system enhancement recommendations.
• Prepare detailed reports of completed work, including parts lists and necessary documentation.
• Ensuring your service vehicle is well-stocked with the needed tools and parts.
• Foster a professional image with everyone you work with, from customers to colleagues.
• Possess admirable technical and mechanical skills.
• Other tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a multi-craft technician is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
• Must be energetic, motivated, and self-driven.
• Embrace a positive attitude and an "it gets done right" work ethic.
• Technically adept with a keen eye for detail.
• Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass drug and background checks.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and move over prolonged periods.
