What You'll Do :
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot : Conduct thorough diagnostics and provide detailed failure analysis and equipment / system recommendations to improve reliability and / or performance.
- Repair and Maintain : Perform repairs, overhauls, and routine maintenance on air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
- Testing and Quality Control : Verify the functionality and efficiency of repaired compressors by conducting tests and quality control checks.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and other relevant information.
- Parts Sourcing : Identify and source replacement parts as needed, ensuring timely availability.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
- Customer Service : Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair processes, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns.
- Travel : Maintain a service vehicle with proper equipment, tools, and parts to promote efficient, factory-approved methods for servicing equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
