Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team, in the air compressor and dryer service and support field. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of air compressor and dryer equipment in customer's facilities across Northeast Ohio.
- Troubleshoot issues using voltmeters and ammeters to identify electrical problems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on low voltage systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical sales support.
- Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working in various environments.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
Skills
- Familiarity and comfortable working around electricity up to 480v.
- Experience with mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and customer engagement.
- Ability to effectively use voltmeters, ammeters, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to diagnosing issues.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- HVAC experience is a plus.

Pay: $23.03 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
