Job Duties
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy and perform cycle counts and conduct annual inventory
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies with assistance
- Assists with cycle count with assistance
- May schedule facility maintenance (grounds, electrical, etc.) as needed
- Handles walk in customers/ pick up/ will call with minimal supervision
- Work with Sales and Service teams for optimal performance in all POA categories
- Work with local team and credit department to minimize/eliminate P&D activity
- Be the local go-to person for all ERP (SXe) related usage
- Process Customer, Vendor and Service Returns
- Code invoices to proper GL account and work with corporate teammates to approve invoices in a timely manner.
- Process invoice credits and corrections
- Meet Monthly Goals on Operations Scorecard
- Perform other duties as assigned/required.
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience in the service industry and/or Operations inventory role
- Degree or equivalent related experience
- Knowledge of SXe (Trend) preferred
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must demonstrate effective problem solving capabilities and performing root cause analysis
- Must demonstrate the ability to work productively with other associates, customers and vendors
- Strong desire to “do it right the first time”
- Proficient with MS Office
