This is a full-time on-site role for a Rotating Equipment Motor Shop Foreman located in Lees Summit, MO. The Foreman will oversee the daily operations of the motor shop, supervise and coordinate the activities of workers involved in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of heavy equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring the quality and efficiency of work performed, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety standards. Effective communication with team members and management is essential.
- Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education is a plus
