This position requires identifying and addressing the needs of the Sales team as well as performing administrative tasks to ensure the company'sworkflow runs smoothly. The main goal of a Sales Coordinator for Sales is to coordinate and oversee the flow of the company's service and productsto consumers. To reach this goal they must be able to handle the following day to day duties:Essential Job FunctionsVendor ManagementCRM ManagementCoordination of vendor trade showsCoordinate training and scheduling for sales teamCommunicating with other departments such as Marketing to optimize salesCoordination and scheduling of appointments, travel, and eventsAct as a point of contact between executives and clientsFacilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)Assist in projects for senior managementStudy management methods to improve workflow, simplify reporting procedures, or implement cost reductionsPerform various administrative duties as requested.
