OTC Markets Group Inc., operator of premier US financial marketplaces, is seeking to expand our global footprint and is currently hiring two entry level individuals to join our NYC based sales team in a capacity of a Sales/Relationship Associate. One of the positions focuses on the Americas, the other focuses on the EMEA region.
OTC Markets operates in a hybrid work environment (three days in office, two days remotely). This position works out of NYC office.

Responsibilities:
The Associate role supports the sales team in prospecting analysis and pitch coordination as well as supporting the relationship management team in managing and coordinating client retention strategies. Responsibilities include working on new business development from prospecting analysis and cold calling to phone and email support of current customers, data collection and integrity, presentation creation, sales planning and development and light marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Familiar with financial reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, learns fast and is able to work well with a team or individually
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Courteous, with good customer service skills
- Works effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible and shows initiative in projects and within a team
- Working knowledge of financial markets is a plus
