ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary :
A Service Attendant plays a critical role to deliver the OTG guest experience by being our front linethe point of contact for our guests. A Service Attendant must possess strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a sunny disposition, and a positive outlook to deliver great food and exceptional service to our traveling guest.
Responsibility :
- Delivery duties-to restaurants and gateholds. Starting at Juice Press.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment by regular cleaning Gateholds and sanitizing all tables.
- Maintain a positive environment for guest by greeting and welcoming entering our establishment, assisting with guests request, hosting and escorting guest to their tables
- Assist in organizing and rolling silverware daily.
- Organizes food items and stock appropriately for Starbucks, OTG restaurants and markets
- Acts as liaison between FOH and BOH Team Members to ensure all Guest requests are accommodated
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
