Role And Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Overall responsibility for assisting and facilitating within the HR team in a timely manner. Interfaces with the operations team, the employee, the airport management, and the HR department and keeps track of communications. Follows up to facilitate processes as needed. Ensures internal tracking process is recorded.

Role And Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Overall responsibility for assisting and facilitating within the HR team in a timely manner. Interfaces with the operations team, the employee, the airport management, and the HR department and keeps track of communications. Follows up to facilitate processes as needed. Ensures internal tracking process is recorded.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team (copying, filing, scheduling, meetings, and interviews)
- Assist in the on-boarding of new crewmembers by creating new hire packets, scheduling orientation meetings, and creating new employee files
- Update monthly birthday lists, HR calendar, and other employee relations communication materials
- Assist in occasional planning of special HR-related meetings and events
- Enroll eligible crewmembers for benefits, file WC claims, handle employment verifications, and respond to unemployment claims
- Assist HR management with auditing requirements by organizing data needed from employee records
- Assist with various projects and research, as requested by the HR Management
- Previous experience working in a position with high confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High energy with a positive self-starter personality
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow-up on assignments
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a superb attention to detail
- Friendly and positive to work well on a team with a variety of personalities
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent/sound judgment
