Position Summary: 

We are looking to have an Intern join our team to help elevate United Airlines as a leading airline transportation company through the deliberate process of exceeding customer expectations at Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal C. OTG will work in synergy with United to create an unparalleled distinct experience for the United customer throughout the terminal. This position is on-site at EWR Airport.

Responsibilities:

• Supports Manager in the day-to-day operations of Terminal C, adhering to and exceeding both United Airlines as well as Port Authority standards of operations
• Develop relationships with On-site managers of Concession locations
• Support both Assistant Property Managers with various reports and tracking of services
• Create a world class Terminal Experience for customers through maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Responsible for tracking, creating, and distributing Subtenant award certificates
• Responsible for accurate data entry and proofing of reports including but not limited to the Monthly Executive Report and Quarterly Dashboard
• Responsible to perform Human Resource functions within the department including but not limited to monitoring and tracking attendance, employee files, emergency contact tracker for the Property Management Team and Subtenants
• Sends Commnication memos to Tenants
• Assists with execution of Marketing promotions and creative content
• Coordinates and executes logistics for quarterly tenant meetings, customer service trainings and event planning throughout the year.
• Manages Microsite content and updates – store openings/closings, special offers, etc.
• Effectively meet deadlines, forecast needs, and organize tasks
• Reviews and approves Gate Pass Requests for airport entry
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
• Coachable and a quick learner
  
  

$20 per hour
