We’re currently looking for a Customer Service & Onboarding Specialist to join our Concierge Team. This person will be the friendly face (or voice!) behind our onboarding process, helping creators get started and ensuring they have the best experience possible — in both English and Spanish.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing
-Handling onboarding meetings with new creators in English and Spanish
-Offering top-tier support to creators and guiding them through the platform
-Responding to inquiries via email/chat with clarity and professionalism
-Helping organize and improve internal processes and communication
-Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth experiences
🧠 What We’re Looking For
-Fluency in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
-Experience in customer service or account management
-Friendly, proactive, and great at explaining things clearly
-Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
-Tech-savvy and a quick learner
🕒 Schedule (Miami Time)
Monday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 1:00am – 9:00am (overnight)
Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
