Job Description
This position plays a critical role in supporting the administration of our school, ensuring that all students receive the best possible education. As a Building Secretary, you will be responsible for providing secretarial services to the supervisor, including typing, filing, and recording meeting minutes. Additionally, you will serve as office manager and receptionist, maintaining all office records, student records, and files.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate initiative, resolve, efficiency, and rapport with all students, staff, and community members.
- Provides secretarial services for supervisor to include typing, filing, and recording meeting minutes.
- Maintain all student records and files, as well as assume bookkeeping responsibilities for General Fund and ASB Funds.
- Responsible for all building correspondence, including daily bulletins, letters from the office, and building reports.
- Maintain records and perform duties related to ordering, receiving, invoicing, and inventory.
- Assist with minor health-related issues and facilitate communication between parents and the school through phone and written communications.
