Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for nursing and patient care functions

- Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care and competency of clinical staff
- Manage fiscal, human, and material resources in a cost-effective manner

Key Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida
- At least 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
