What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Academic Operations/DIO - West Coast position at Other Executive?
The Vice President of Academic Operations/Designated Institutional Official (DIO) will work in conjunction with the National Director of GME, and will manage the following markets/regions within Tenet Health:
Desert Market - California
- Programs: Total 7 programs, 6 ACGME-accredited programs
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the National Director of GME
- Works alongside/in conjunction with: Hospital and program leadership
- Supervisory Role: Supervises GME Manager, GME office staff and program directors
Modesto Market - California
- Programs: 2 ACGME-accredited programs
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the National Director of GME
- Works alongside/in conjunction with: VCME staff, leadership & board, Designated Institutional Official (DIO)
- Supervisory Role: Supervises DIO
This position will sit at Desert Regional Medical Center.
Compensation
- Pay: $215,072-$343,616 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
