As a Supervisor, you directly support the store team with creating a welcoming environment that showcases the best of & Other Stories. You will play a crucial role in store operations, training and development, as well as securing a safe place to work. Your partnership with the Store Manager is key to boosting profitability through high level customer service. - Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
- Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required
- Processing and banking daily sales
- Inputting payroll
- Taking ownership for the store audit result and training others on store operations
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Replenishment
- Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers
