The Enterprise Sales Manager for the Eastern region is responsible for managing direct enterprise sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing existing accounts to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the enterprise market. Responsible for end-user pipeline production and conducting joint partner end-user buddy calls, and ensuring complete and current deals and contacts in OWC’s CRM.

Location Requirement:
Applicants must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Alabama, Georgia, or North Carolina. This is due to operational, tax, and compliance considerations for this role.
What Will You be Doing?
- Identify, develop, and close enterprise-level sales opportunities within the Eastern region.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing enterprise customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic account management and effective opportunity pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as product management, marketing, and support to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to enterprise customer needs.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and performance metrics regularly.
- Ensure end-user pipeline production to generate net new business.
- Conduct joint partner end-user buddy calls.
- Maintain complete and current deals and contacts in OWC’s CRM.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What You Bring with You?
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a complex sales cycle from initiation to closing.
- Proficiency in CRM software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record in developing and closing complex sales transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with exceptional organizational skills.
Compensation Structure for the Position
This role offers a base salary of up to $75,000 USD per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. It also includes a commission component, which can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
