What Will You be Doing?
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sales activities, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations. May also assist with pipeline development.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, databases, and CRM systems.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support the Sales Operations Manager in creating and implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Provide occasional support and coordination for events and meetings.
- Assist in training new sales team members on sales processes, tools, and systems.
- Update or prepare process documentation, and workflow analysis.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
What You Bring with You?
- Strong proficiency in IT software systems (e.g.Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) and willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights, as well provide feedback on process optimization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
