About the Role
As the Quality Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all of Othrams processes, from laboratory operations to organizational procedures, meet the highest quality standards. You will oversee documentation, manage compliance with accreditation standards, coordinate internal audits, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This dynamic role influences quality not just within the lab, but across the entire organization.

Documentation and Process Management
- Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Conduct annual SOP reviews and coordinate staff acknowledgment.
- Stay updated on accreditation standards and revise SOPs accordingly.
