The Audiology Sales Consultant is responsible for helping our members at audiology & hearing aid dispensing practices run process workshops. The ideal candidate will be proximal to a major airport and located in the Eastern or Central US (most of the workshops will be located in the Eastern US).
In this role, you'll have an opportunity to have a positive impact on thousands of practice owners, providers, and patients. This position consults during the events, training on testing and treatment techniques to best help patients. The workshop consultant will demonstrate new hearing aid technology to patients, answer questions during these events and build hearing aid sales through the program.
- Represent CQ Partners at workshop events, sharing best practices and guiding clients.
- Establish and maintain productive, respectful working relationships at all events and train staff, including hearing professionals, support staff, and management.
- Must be licensed to seeing patients in clinic. Will also coach the team and follow up with patients and practices to ensure positive outcomes.
- Host Pre and Post workshop calls with the account managers, customers, and patients for programs just conducted or upcoming.
- Train host providers and practices on CQ's proven processes and strategies to move patients forward and accept hearing help.
- Work in concert with Specialty Sales Representative to ensure appropriate scheduling for the events, maximizing the time and patient care experience. You're responsible for helping to sell these programs to our practices.
- Implement a repeatable process based on the vision of the practice.
- Teach and coach providers to reinforce their skill set and address their challenges in with sales and fitting of hearing aid technology.
- Conduct at least 3 workshops per month (75% travel). These workshops will be booked as a result of client outreach, partnering with Account Managers, and repeat visits.
- Licensed AuD or Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling hearing aids in an Audiology/dispensing practice
- Ability/desire to travel 75-85% within the US
- Able to administer complete audiological evaluation, hearing aid selection and fitting, hearing aid evaluation and rehabilitation
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Experience mentoring and coaching others, especially providers
