Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Territory Manager responsible for account management, maintenance supervision, and program administration for Otis elevator units across our East Hartford, CT territory.
On a typical day you will:
- Manage account management and service operations for the designated customer and P&L
- Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed service KPIs and objectives, and serve as technical consultant to customers in the assigned territory
- Lead the performance of field operations for all service/maintenance projects ensuring all monthly reliability and availability metrics are met
- Perform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans
- Manage successful transition of new installations to service/maintenance contracts
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and forward planning of frequent wear parts to deliver high uptime
- Coordinate with Otis branches across Manhattan, Plainview, and Yonkers for workforce planning to address contracted coverage
What you will need to be successful
- Availability to manage and supervisor field crews that conduct maintenance overnight and on weekends
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Detail oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver upon specific KPIs and service level agreements
- Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- 3 years outside sales experience or field management experience within the elevator industry preferred
- PMP or Project Management Credentials Preferred, Any experience with program management or field supervision within a pubic-private-partnership program
