OTOBO Sushi is looking for an experienced Full Time Sushi Chef (5-6 days per week).
Position Summary:
The Staff member will prepare, serve, and present food in a timely, healthy, and flavorful manner. This position is responsible for the overall look and appearance of the sushi bar and its dishes. Clean and maintain sanitary work environment. Setup sushi bar, clean, mop sushi bar. Prepare ingredients. Engage with sushi bar customers. Make sushi orders.
Qualifications
- Prepare and cook a variety of sushi dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Demonstrated knife skills and meal preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
