Triage Medical Assistant

Responsibilities below but not limited to:
- Return every phone message by end of day
- Take detailed message to pass on to the medical team
- Work in urgent care settings to deliver prompt medical assistance
- Make appointments when needed
- Document all calls and conversations
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation
- Deliver compassionate patient care with professionalism

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with inpatient care protocols and practices
- Ability to sit for an extended length of time
- Detail Oriented
- Self Motivated
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for patient care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
