What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Otro Cafe?
We are looking for a Bartender and/or Server who enjoys interacting with customers and is passionate about customer service. Preferably someone who is willing to cross train. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of an energetic team and interacting with people on a regular basis. We're looking for someone who is committed to working hard and follows all policies and procedures, and can improvise when necessary. Kindness and helpfulness above all.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks.
- Handle money and operate a cash register.
- Give change and maintain accurate records of sales, credits, and cash received.
- Serve food items ordered by guests.
- Prepare drink orders for guests at their tables.
- Generate and maintain recipes for special drinks and food items;.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $33.98 per hour
