Job Description:
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Copilot Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing, developing, and deploying complex, custom AI Copilot Agents and take complete ownership of their projects. This role demands an individual who operates with a high degree of independence, possesses exceptional documentation and architectural diagramming skills, and can contribute to the strategic growth of AI solutions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Copilot Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced custom AI Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio and related tools.
- Architecture Design: Provide comprehensive architectural guidance for AI systems, including the creation of detailed architecture diagrams and development plans.
- Documentation: Document every step of the design and development process with precision to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
- Independent Operation: Take ownership of assigned projects and operate autonomously while meeting deadlines and organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and neural networks to enhance the organization’s AI capabilities.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years specializing in AI systems or machine learning projects.
- Proven experience working with Copilot Studio, including developing and deploying enterprise Copilot Agents.
- Mastery of PowerFX, Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence principles and practices.
- Strong architectural knowledge of the following Microsoft technologies:
- Microsoft 365
- Azure, including Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Proficiency in programming with C# and working with SQL databases.
- Expertise in the Bot Framework, with a deep understanding of Microsoft Graph APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and the ability to streamline development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience working scalable AI projects or mentoring junior team members.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
