Object Technology Solutions Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for an Engineering Coordinator
Location Colorado Springs CO
Job Responsibilities
Understanding and gathering required data and documentation before PO creation
o Navigate through Spend Approval Tool and obtain missing information
o Crosscheck if PO request has been approved in Spend Approval Tool
Pricing and Quoting o Obtaining Quotes from Suppliers
o Quoting internal order using PPRT o Adding UCIDs to an Internal Order
Creation of Purchase Orders Internal and External o Completion of required templates from emails Spend Tool or meetings
o Follow up with Approvers to expedite process
o Location understanding and use of the below sources of information for a correct purchase order placement
Spend Tool User Guide
Account Mapping
Cost Locations
Spend ID from Spend Tool
Provide Post Purchase Order Creation assistance
o Obtain estimate time of arrival for orders by connecting with Vendor or Internal Fulfillment team
o Follow up with suppliers or Internal Fulfilment team to ensure shipments will be delivered on time
o Tracking status of internal orders using the current tracking system
o Work with suppliers to obtain or expediter invoices as needed
Inventory Management :
o Receiving and counting of inventory
o Manage the inventory sheet on SharePoint (for any changes)
General Procurement
o Return materials to vendors
o Assistance with project proto builds (with instructions from coordinators)
o Work with client personnel to get parts through customs
Shipments
o Create Shipping documentation using ROSA for transfer and shipping to different client locations.
o Log & issue inventory received when requested per SharePoint request
o Inventory management of all parts related to Storage programs
o Supplier management for parts being procured for the Storage programs
o Shipping and receiving of all parts for Storage programs
o Monthly material cycle counts for all inventory related to Storage Programs
