Responsibilities:
- Promote Otsuka pharmaceutical products to long-term care facilities and targeted HCPs.
- Share on-label information aligning with product labels, handling complex details in accordance with approved materials.
- Discuss product access, including local market payor coverage, co-pay, prior authorization, formulary placement, and availability expectations.
- Provide established guidance on patient care, including system protocols, standard of care guidelines, discharge protocols, and published expert opinions.
- Engage customers personally through various virtual or digital tools.
