Salary:
We are looking for Operations Specialist, Trading Analysis Specialist and Risk Control Specialist to support the growth of our business in North America and Asia. The Specialists will have the chance to be exposed to various aspects of business operations in payments, foreign exchange, financial technology and those related middle-office work, such as risk and compliance, operations, settlement and financial modeling, etc. After onboarding, the Specialists will join the internal training for 1 to 3 months.
How you will contribute:
- Perform or assist, according to business standard, with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules to foster business growth
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist managers in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with colleagues, clients and vendors
- Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, and Finance.
- 1-2 years of work experience or internship experience in the related field preferred; if you are anew graduate, you are also welcome to apply!
- Strong self-motivation with a genuine interest in business management.
- Ability to work well in teams and independently.
