Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Scheduling, inventory
- A/R and A/P
- data entry, filing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in AS400.
- Use GPS tracking tools to provide real-time updates to customers regarding their shipments.
- Assist in the development of customer service protocols that enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
