Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
Ottawa Animal Hospital East & West is a full-service, AAHA accredited veterinary medical facility, located in Holland, MI. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care and health-related educational opportunities for our clients. With our five skilled doctors on staff, we have over 100 years of veterinary experience to utilize for our patients .

Location : ? 2691 120th Ave.,Holland, Michigan 49424 (East); 620 Butternut Dr., Holland, Michigan 49424
Shift Details : This is a full time position (30 hours / week). Saturdays are required.
East Location : Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 7am-12pm
West Location : Monday-Tuesday 8am - 5pm, Wednesday-Friday 5pm-9pm
Pay Range : $14.00 - $16.00 / hour (based on experience)

Job Summary : The Receptionist is the first and last contact that a client will have with the hospital and a key to creating first and lasting impressions. The Receptionist must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, ability to handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, a friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The Receptionist will support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, groomers and kennel staff in daily patient and client care.
