Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Client Files (Digital & Paper)
- Monitoring for Safety & Compliance
- Initiating New Intakes
- Providing Shelter Tours
- Managing Bed & Locker Assignments
- Assisting with Preparing & Serving Meals
- Completing Necessary Clean-Up
- Providing Support & Guidance to Shelter Guests
- Supervising Scheduled Smoke Breaks
- Recording Medications as Taken by Clients
- Following Protocol for Searching Guests & Signing Guests In & Out
- Documenting Shift Summary & Individual Client Records Thoroughly
