• Prior Experience : Served over 10 years in the United States Army, concluding as an Infantry Drill Sergeant and Combat Veteran.

Alfonso Moore - Managing Partner

• Prior Experience : Worked in the pharmaceutical industry and has financial services experience.
• Passionate Beyond Business : Dedicated family man, married with kids, enjoys coaching, is deeply devoted to his faith, and is an avid fan of Lamar Jackson and Louisville Cardinals football.

Erik Davila - Managing Partner

• How long with MWA : 8 years.
• Prior Experience : Came from the financial services industry.
• Passionate Beyond Business : Enjoys pickleball, bike riding, and fossil hunting. Married with one child and two dogs, Erik is also highly active in the community and Modern Woodmen’s fraternal efforts.

Role Responsibilities :

• Member Consultation : Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Networking : Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.
• Training and Development : Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
• Target Achievement : Meet or exceed business development goals.

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
