Otter Products is hiring for an Associate Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Fort Collins, CO. The position can work a hybrid schedule.
As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will help the team collect and analyze data to develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts. This position supports management planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information and recommending actions. The Associate Financial Analyst works with the team to collect, assemble, and report financial data. This Otter utilizes accounting and financial modeling skills to reveal cost savings opportunities and improve financial performance.

- Advise department leadership, develop budgets, and provide financial analysis to support monthly operational reviews with multiple functions across the business.
- Build rapport and develop strong cross-functional partnerships with leaders across the organization.
- Provide support to the organization to enable the existing operating expense management process, inclusive of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Assist the finance team by assembling and verifying data to support financial analyses.
- Monitor financial metrics, generate internal management reports, and maintain reporting tools.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis under a moderate to high level of supervision to promote informed decision making.
- Participate on projects and initiatives that span multiple business areas.
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
- Other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of one year of work experience required. Previous financial planning and analysis experience, including internships, is preferred.
