Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Complete projects that enhance, improve, and maintain the plant operations by managing a team of Engineers and Lab Technicians.
- Meet safety goals by ensuring safe working behaviors and environment
- Manage budgets to meet expense and capital targets
- Investigate operational challenges and collaborate with internal and external teams and leaders to solve the issues.
Qualifications:
We’re seeking candidates with a wide range of skills who can develop talented Engineers and Lab Technicians while getting projects completed at an exceptional standard. Other experiences and skills we’re looking for include:
- This position is people-centric so excellent communication and leadership skills are incredibly valued.
- To be successful in this position, a four-year degree in Engineering plus five years of related experience is required.
- The Engineering Supervisor wears many hats and must balance multiple simultaneous projects, so exceptional organization skills and proven success in managing multiple complex projects is a must.
- Knowledge of plant operations and performance parameters including thermodynamics, water chemistry, and plant safety procedures.

- The expected base compensation for this role is $94,000 - $119,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
