As a full-time Journeymen or Apprentice Electrical Line Worker, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our electrical distribution and transmission systems. Your days will be varied, with tasks including framing and erecting poles, attaching fixtures and equipment, stringing conductors, and connecting transformers.
We seek candidates who possess a diploma from an accredited line worker program and a valid, unrestricted interstate commercial driver's license. Knowledge of electric line construction, maintenance, and repair is essential, as is the ability to work outdoors in any weather and climb. You must also have complete knowledge of safety rules and be able to get along well with others.
