We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Otter Tail Power Company.
The successful applicant will oversee the erection and installation, maintenance, or repair of overhead and underground electrical distribution and transmission systems, as well as substations. This includes framing and erecting poles, attaching necessary fixtures and equipment, stringing, sagging, and splicing conductors (wires), and connecting transformers and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and install, maintain, or repair overhead and underground electrical distribution and transmission systems and substations.
- Frame and erect poles and attach necessary fixtures and equipment.
- String, sag, and splice conductors (wires) and connect transformer and other equipment.
- Trim trees and replace broken insulators, split crossarms, cutouts, ties, faulty clamps, or braces.
