Job Requirements:
- Journeyman Lineman certification or equivalent experience
- Unrestricted interstate commercial driver's license
- Thorough knowledge of electric line and underground construction, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Erect, maintain, and repair overhead power distribution systems
- Framing and erecting poles, attaching necessary fixtures and equipment
- Stringing and splicing conductors, connecting transformers and other equipment
- Routine patrol duties, clearing up storm damage as needed
- Use electrical instruments to troubleshoot and repair issues
